3. Semi-solid lubricants
Functions of Lubricants:-
a) It reduces the frictional resistance between moving parts.
b) It reduces the surface deformation.
c) It act's as a seal in some cases.
d) It to improve the efficiency of the machine.
e) It helps transfer heat and cool engine parts.etc....
